Serial Killer's FIA pack

Finally, I managed to release this addon. wink_o.gif I was going to create some vehicles for them too, but I'm a bad modeller and no one didn't want to help me. sad_o.gif So, if you're interrested to help me with modelling, contact me.

This addon is still beta, meaning there may be bugs on it. All the required files are included with the pack.

Nice. I forsee some battles with these guys and the mercs biggrin_o.gif .

Btw is that an animation fault in one of your slideshow pics , that skimask wearing dude has his hand on the bizon wrong?

Yes, it's a real camo. Former Polish paratrooper's camo.

Really? Let me see...

Oh yeah. I think the reason is because I was using DMA anim pack on that pic.

the config is a little wrong you must change every line to

Init = "_this exec ""\facestex\randface.sqs""";

otherwise it gives a error wink_o.gif

edit:yours is now

Init = "_this exec ""\srk_facestex\randface.sqs""";

the facestex.pbo and the script that Offtime has writed

Init = "_this exec ""\facestex\randface.sqs"""; is giving the units random faces wink_o.gif

And Serial Killer has inluded that yes units have random faces wink_o.gif

Could you make some more models like Soldier with Bandana, with bandoliers of ammo, face mask and camo etc.?

Good start. You might want to fix this though:

if i understand correctly

your soldiers cpp is trying to run script from facestex.pbo while you distribute srk_facestex.pbo

you probably have facestex.pbo in your addons folder, and thats why you dont see any errors.

aarg sorry I see it now I haven't placed srk_facestex.pbo in my addons folder I readed it wrong thought they require orginal facestex.pbo from Offtime  biggrin_o.gif

Have you included new face textures in srk_facestex.pbo huh.gif

If no than I suggest you to use the orginal facestex.pbo wink_o.gif

Took a look at the srk_facestex.pbo and nothing new added you can use Offtime's orginal facestex.pbo that way you save your addon folder and HDD 4MB wink_o.gif

Ok now maybe some people say 4MB that's nothing but 1 pbo less biggrin_o.giftounge2.gif

i have new facestex.pbo with 30 faces (thanks to ExtracTioN)

all i need to release it, is to add 4 "death" faces.

why bother yourself with different packs if we can make one big pack ?

besides, that was the point of facestex.pbo

pbo name without addonmaker tag to share betwen addons that use Llauma heads.

but its your call if you dont like it

i dont realy care, dont feel like making ppl "happy" against theyr will.

But like Offtime said it is your call I prefer 1 big pack so we can have every face texture for Llauma's head model in 1 pbo file so we have everyting organized wink_o.gif

i for one would be very interested in that scheme... as the old face textures dont map onto lauma's head overly well tounge2.gif

I released an update. Didn't do much thought, just fixed all the mentioned bugs, added wound textures, etc. Read the readme for more information. See my first post for the download link. smile_o.gif
