Hosting on Gamespy from behind firewall/NAT

I've spent a couple of evenings trying to host.  I've read the FAQs, searched the net, etc. etc. etc.   If anybody knows exactly what ports have to be opened, what has to be redirected to be able to host please let me know!

Here's my situation: OpenBSD firewall running ipnat and ipfilter.  My PC is on a home LAN.  The (NATed) PC is 192.168.1.2. All net stuff is working just fine.  I can play on others' hosts (Gamespy and dedicated). But when I get on Gamespy and create a room it doesn't show up in the host list.  Gamespy's help files are less than helpful.  I have total control over my firewall and LAN, so if I can just get the right info I'm sure I can make this work.

From looking at my firewall logs, I'm not blocking anything from Gamespy.  What is the missing bit of info I need?
