Spy17 1 Posted February 16, 2005 Your installer is also very good and easy! I like the one file installation. Would the plane explosion script always cause lagg? Also in missions without any planes! Totala 0 Posted February 17, 2005 Salut - I am still experiencing some lags while playing on my dedicated Win based OFP server. Pings are once in a while increasing to value as high as 300 (normal is 20-25) and bandwith is decreasing to 20 (normal is rather 200-400). Sounds like it is mostly happening when there are smoke effects ... I still need to experience more MP missions to better understand when things starts to go wrong. Otherwise, I still really love FFX-UR in Single player PS: FFX-UR is NOT installed on that server but only on my PC. I actually have no means to start a mod on my distant server ... stgn 39 Posted February 17, 2005 two bugs: When you fire downwards some rifles will hurt you and if you use enough rounds then you will die this happens on some rifles stangely enough not on earls M16 but on the other rifles I tyied it did(AK74,XM,AK74suSD, my own M4, some others I have forgotten what was called), you can see it when you fire by looking at the soldiers hands where you can see the blod springing up. I tested Sanctuary's anims 1.3fixed in normal OFP and had no shouch problem som it must be in the mod. The other problem is that when I with an M16A2 fireing 3rd bursts very quickly, downwards, then it creats an fire explotion that dosen't harm the soldier, this didn't happen when i used a Auto weapon. Im not firing directly down in to the ground I know that kills you, I fired only slightly downwards about 10-20 degees or somthing and it is not a quick death like firing down in front of you death this takes about 2 mags. And read what I writh i tested in Normal OFP so if I was firing down in to the earth I would get killed there too and i don't so this is somehow conected to this mod which by the way is surperb. It's totaly logical that you have a CTD because you can't use the MOD Vietnam with another MOD which modifies the config with the config of resistance, that creates a conflict, so that will function correctly if you replace BIS data by FlashFx Data @STGN I mean this : (here's an example) I've replaced all weapon infos by Fas.org and world.guns.ru information, my goal is to make the game more realistic and to improve the briefings , so I've changed infos of the "ak47.ak74,pk,svd,M16,Hk,M21,M60,SA58,M203,GP25 and the rocket launchers" It will be included in the incoming patch Ps : @Placebo : the pics are 99 ko , Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
