Local businessmen have only one goal - to gain as much profit as possible no matter of reputaion, business effectiveness and stability. For example I buy underwear in the wholesale firm that trades only with other firms. So I had a chance to compare their prices and the prices of retail shops for some exact positions. Well... Pirce in retail shop was higher for about 50-130%. Despite that it was not some luxury shop in rich district, just small one in nearby mall.

Capitalism needs a democratic system to work properly. A democratic government that arbitrates and avoid monopolies, that marks the limits. Not an authoritarian government that favors its friends companies like it happened in Russia or in most of the former USSR countries.

That is also accompanied by freedom of speech, tolerance, and all the human rights values.

Democracy is as today, the most fair of the systems. It may not be Paradise, there may be a little corruption but nothing compared to the alternatives.

you know what will happen when patient with diabetes will not get his insulin ...

also those drugs were drugs for cancer treatment

but about expensive refunded limited in production (pharmaceutical corporations put number of drugs on local market knowing how many ill people are there with special disease) special drugs for deadly ilness

it is like with bullet proof vest, imagine you have 2 military units,

in one 100 soldiers in second 100 soldiers, so you produce 200 bulletproof vests and 200 helmets, you sell to one unit for 200 USD you sell to second unit for 250 USD,

suddenly guys in one base hear "sory we have only 60 helmets and vests, go to front without helmet and vest" because guys in other unit get them already because lieutenant keeping storage already sold them for 210 USD to second unit, and you are producer who sold 160 helmets and 40 were not bought,

previous legal interpretation was taking such re-export as illegal cause it not only harm interest of corporation but mostly patients - it is government/state that negotiates with corporation prices and amount of units of specific drugs on local market, because such drugs are sometimes very expensive and unique and country buys lets say 10 000 units per whole country, because number of ill people is 9500,

now what will happen when 3000 will be re-exported

there is organization called OSP - Volunteer Fire Fighters, village firemen , OSP stations are ogranized mostly in villages where there is 1 fire per few months and there is no sense to keep there whole state firefighters station with state paid officers , those guys have truck, uniforms, they rescue life as volunteers

but when someone is danger, they are obeyed to save life,

imagine there is party, people get drunk, someone needs help, they call local OSP station and ... only truck driver is little drunk,

- one regulation says he must save life

- other regulation says you cannot drive when you are drunk,

now in 2 villages 2 fireman get call from wedding to help person whose house was in flames,

one person refused saying he is drunk,

other person driven fire engine,

one person get sentence for being drunk driver, second person get sentence for refusal of help - again , it is not joke )

All about 2014 scandal in Poland, known s "wire-tapping affair" written in Washington Post. Regime government tries to sweep the problem under the carpet but every week there is more and more resurfacing and burdening the ruling and already rotting party of PO (Civic Platform - executors of Berlin's and Brussels will in Poland).

Last time it was about orchestrating an assault on Russian Embassy in Poland - this was "a brilliant plan" made by one of the main character in "wire-tapping affair" - the Polish minister of interior - B. Sienkiewicz (Civic Platform). They are very blatant in "keeping the throne" and they will do maintain their status even if it will cost a diplomatic scandal with Russia info, and more info. All in all Civic Platform and government affiliated propaganda officers from press and TV blamed the opposition party PiS (law and order) and movement of young patriot. This is only one example, there were more. Unthinkable in true democratic country, can't imagine this happening in Canada, Australia, UK and USA. More like a banana republic standards, seriously...

PO (Civ. Platform) very are cheeky and insolent, but seems like their time of 8 year rule comes to a bitter end. Poland need to shake off the post-communism (there is a chance, explained below) and it's related plagues like extreme corruption, nepotism and thievery of public money, shake off like the disease.

In late may Polish people have elected a new president - Andrzej Duda (43 yo makes him the youngest president in the world). Of course Berlin has - one huge Arschschmerzen because of that because president Duda is pro-Polish and he is a patriot raised in catholic faith, moreover he is critical to EU dictatorship and leading role of Germany.

Duda - previously an Eurodeputy. Promising, young and energetic attorney from opposition party Law and Order, not related with post-communist party and their shady businesses (unlike his predecessor Bronislaw Komorowski (Civic Platform) who was dipped in shady stuff with commie military intel up to his neck click.

There is feeling change in Poland, a chance to say Poland and Poles first (not EU, not Berlin either) and finally to put some rats and swindlers from Civic Platform before parliamentary commission and judges. In Fall there are parliamentary elections in Poland. Civic Platform is expected to have less than 20% which places them on third place. First place comes to Law and Order (preciously opposition), while second comes for new, patriotic and anti-establishment movement led by rock singer from my region Pawel Kukiz. He arose like a star, gathering millions backers disappointed by Civic Platform and it's affairs. He was third with 20% during May's presidential election source. Huge phenomenon political scene. Movement of Mr Kukiz is likely to form a coalition with Law and Order. Post-commie Civic Platform are in great danger and they can do nothing but lose the election and some of their members are already thinking how to "escape" Poland to safe retreat in Brussels (like PM Donald Tusk (Merkel's rat) did in 2014)

Last year we had visitors from Poland and one younger girl, a graduated teacher, in their mid 20s said in Germany everyone has a house and has a high earning. Actually, Germany is a nation of tenants (renting flats/houses) and only around 40% of the population actually holds real estate property. The reasons lies in the high costs of estate property because of regulations and sturdy construction of the property, another point was the war which did destroy a lot for future heirs. To build a house is a lifetime project and you either have a much higher income and assets from your heirs. For many it means neverless high debts for the next 25-30 years.

why ?

we were joining EU portreted as :

- free travel zone,

- no customs zone,

we are in :

- ACTA, TTIP, GMO, gender, politicall correctness,

- agriculture market regulated MORE than before 1989 (you are told how much cows you can have, fisherman are told to wreck boat, noone from commies were telling Polish farmer what he can do ),

- vision of forcing us to pay for Islamic immigrants,

- colonial structure of our bank system, economy, industry,

- indeed EU gave us funds to build some structures, but look at tiret above,

- emigration (who is suppose to pay taxes in Poland when working-age people left and retired people remained, who will pay taxes for pensions)

- Poland was strong country, now we are at brink of bankrupcy, not only due to Brussels-Berlin puppet government supported by media which belongs to ITI and Axel Springer GmbH, but also becasue (like colony) money from our supermarkets, banks, industry system is transferred abroad,

fact that eurosceptical parties now have majority in polls, not 1 party but majority of leading parties, and pro-eu party is no third position (pro-eu is this corrupted government which takes care about interest of corporations and NWO banksters) is telling what we feel,

EU should be like it was before all TTIP, ACTA, GMO, gender etc.

EU should be union of states without custom borders in which you can travel as tourist without any problem and with some EU-technical standards (voltage, chargers, ISO-EN-IEC standards) but for god sake - noone should tell our fisherman to wreck boat cause there is limit on fishing told in Brussels or limit of milk for cows in differents states - cause it is USSR bis,

it was USSR and commies who invented limits of production, it was USSR who invented mulitculti and removing "nation" as idea,

how the f it is possible that in Brussels someoene decides to close shipyard in Poland and refund shipyard in Germany

some of our politicians even say that EU is Fourth Reich, cause it supports only few strong rich countries making colonies (cheap labor) from poor countries especially ex-commie countries, EU wants to force us to allow selling our land to foreigners too,

i fully support EU ideas such as one mini-USB charger for anything from mp3, camera, mobile - yes, such ideas are great

i fully oppose to refund sex change surgery while skin cancer treatment is not fully refunded, i fully oppose giving flats and benefits to "refugees" when our own citizens have to take 30 years loan in bank to buy flat, i fully oppose telling farmers what they can produce (my girfriend is farmer so i know what i talk about, she has 16 ha. farm near Wyszkow , she had cows which she was told to liquidate, now she has pigs , pumpkins, grain, her uncle lives by the sea he was fisherman and UE politics told him to wreck boat and now he is paid for doing nothing - utter economical nonsese)

look what happened with ACTA, what is now pushed as TTIP,

look what GMO connected with copyrights can do (GMO is copyrighted, when grain with changed DNA will be planted by wind on your land, you have to pay copyrights tribute to corporation for grain you have on your farm),

it is closer to USSR than you may think , it was Marx idea to replace "nation" by multiculti mixed citizens mass, it is Marxism , a communism which we fought with , now returns repacked, when we fought with communism we were not fighting with social-care system, but we fought with:

- agents listening to other country (Moscow than now Brussels or Wallstreet ),

- destruction of National history and tradition (back than destruction of Catholic Church, destruction of historical facts about our victims during WW2, people wanted to praise national and patriotical values not to vanish it like now there are proposals to replace national symbols by EU symbols etc. my grandfathers were killing and dying for national symbols since 1914, it will not work to tell us to remove it cause nation surived 123 years of occupation since 1780s-1918, than from 1944-1989 too ),

- limiting property rights (back than commies were trying to delete private property, now we do not have money to own property and defend it with gun),

- cenzorship (what is politicall correcntess like not cenzorship, politicall correctness is cenzorship in pure form),

- more free time and less work (now we work even harder than before 1989) ,

- better living standard like people in Germany, France, UK have (more cars, bigger houses, better clothes, holidays in Rome) so usual people will have the same luxury like colonel of intel had (including accommodation like getting flat, this not changed, army officer gets flat like before 1989 and civilian has to work hard for 3 decades to pay credit ),

The Soviet Union has as much in common with the European Union, as Poland and North Korea.

Of course it doesn't have - two opposite entities, but in term of politics and economy it has a lot. Not to mention sharing the same Marx-Engels foundation that evolved to modern day socialdemocracy.

I don't have time to write an essay on this, but listen to what exiled Russian dissident Vladimir Bukovsky says how Euro Soyuz reminds of Sovetsky Soyuz Socialisticheskych Respublik, but since the Lisbon Treaty aka European constitution applies his words are even more actual.

What on Earth?

Poland joined the EU on 2004 on its own will, by then the efforts were to create a confederation of countries aiming towards something similar as the US. With a lot of policies that are standarized along the Union and a common representation towards the exterior. At that time the idea was to even create a common armed forces, and long etc. So no one lied to the Polish but themselves.

One of the important requirements to join the EU is to adhere to the human rights (for instance respect all sexual tendencies).

To be in the EU it's completely voluntary. And the economic system and ideology has nothing to do with the Soviet Union. The comparison is ridiculous. If you dislike so much what the EU is, then make a campaign in Poland to exit it. No one forces Poland to be inside, in fact in a lot of countries the exit of Poland would be seen as an improvement of the EU, as Poland got a big part of the EU money brought by all the members.

BTW the right of free movement between borders is due to the Schengen Treaty not the EU per se. Tho if Poland abandons the EU, probably a lot of countries would think twice if they want to open their borders to it, as well as al the other benefits Poland has for being part of the EU.

I feel for what you say that some politicians in Poland say propaganda Putin-style, the West is our enemy, they are taking advantage of us, etc.

Heck if Poland would be so powerful and rich, why hasn't it abandoned the EU yet???

In the more powerful economic countries of the EU, Germany, UK and nordics, you also have to stay 30 years to pay a flat, if you are lucky enough. A lot of people can't even afford a car, their clothes are cheap, etc.
