Anyhoo... these units are a fantastic addition to OFP.  Hats off.  My only gripe is the cowboy hat.  Never seen Russian troops wearing that.... although it does look cool.

Nice units, can't wait to use them against the new Taliban pack.

This hat is called "Afghanka". No cowboy hat, just the Soviet boonie...

I already made my own KZS camouflage textures, but decided not to add any models with them just yet.

I have seen them hats very often.

But a tank crew uniform like this one below would go very well with this pack.

I just call it a cowboy hat because in the addon the sides are folded upward in the manner of a typical American cowboy type hat.  You can fold boonie hats upward like that also but most soldiers don't as its difficult to get the hats to hold that shape.  I imagine it would be the same with the Russian boonie hats. But oh well... it still looks kinda cool with them wearing their boonie hats cowboy style.

The afghanka hat on Psykkes soldiers seems too flared up at the rims... other than that units are great... I do wish some would have had no hats on as a lot did or that one cap...

Try using it without running WGL. That would be my guess!

Assuming you have a flashpoint shortcut - how else would you get into WGL... heres what you do....

right click on the normal flashpoint shortcut....

select properties...

where it says Target make sure you this line written:

"C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\FLASHPOINTRESISTANCE.EXE"

click apply...

if that doesnt work I assume you put WGL addons into your regular addon folders.. for this you need to remove all your WGL addons from the regular addon folders, try that if the first one doesnt work....

if that doesnt work ... try looking for something else and as a last option do a reinstall of Flashpoint and make sure you seperate the addons into mod folders

I was originaly planning to release this addon with at least 2 or 3 missions, but the guy who was suppose to be doing them was not online for last couple of weeks. So as soon as he gets back online i am gonna make him do those missions....

Dunno! Some people claim that what they've got now is too dark anyway. The fabric would've lost its colour on the sun in under 2 weeks. You can try tho....

Try this URL wihout the port ftp://www.gamezone.cz/ofpd/islands2/CATIntroupdtv3.rar/ Have you tried using a download manager such as Flashget/Getright/Gozilla? Alternatively use an FTP client

I just tried these out after a two month hiatus of not playing Flashpoint. Way to go these are very good. The textures are really nice looks like fabric.

The only suggestions I have is on the panama hat. It should be more droopy like these...

I haven't seen any with the ends trained upwards. The only other suggestion is, maybe in the next version could the AK74 rifleman have a headache instead of a hat? Or maybe just add a AK74 with the helmet and have on with the hat?
