This is coloured for basic OFP water texture but can be textured to blend in with other water effect addons.

Yep

Spose you could deploy the mines using camcreate or something but this basic model is mainly for editor placement.

could someone make it possible that the coc or the uscg divers are able to place those mines in the sea, maybe with timed detonator.

They're not that sort of mine, if a diver was to try and sneak into a harbour dragging one of these behind him he'd be pretty easy to spot, what you want is a limpet mine, I think there's a version of the satchel charge out there which can be attached to vehicles, maybe you could use that or make a limpet mine that works in the same

That's because nobody has made one, like I said I think there's a satchel charge out there that can be attached to vehicles so you could either use that as is or have a look at how it works and make a limpet mine addon that works in a similar way to the satchel charge addon.

It may be part of a Mod like FDF, not sure I just remember playing a mission before and having the option to attach the satchel charge to a vehicle, if I remember rightly I attached it to my own vehicle and then couldn't remove it.

FDF can attach satchels to vehicles but it doesnt work while swimming.
