hehe, it not that hard, but you will need to learn a few things before you can actually do something good.

Look at the tutorials on this site;

they don't cover everything (not even close) but they are very good and they get you started.

Yeah, don't just skim through that tutorial, read it properly and do them in order and whilst you're doing them you will discover more things you can do that aren't mentioned...wait til you get to the later addon tutorials!

When I want to import Models from 3ds Max O2 always crash.

I've got a problem with O2.

When I want to import Models from 3ds Max O2 always crash.

perhaps it ain't a P3D file?  

When I save my Project with 3ds Max then it's a .max or .3ds file (don't know right now).

Then I go to O2 and Click on Import -> from 3D Studio Max.

Then I select the Project click on OK and O2 crashes.
