Custom animations for ofp?

Hello-I am not exactly sure where to put this thread, so if it is in the wrong place mods please move it.

Anyway, I was wondering if there are any good tutorials out there for making custom animations for ofp-not just default animations, but proxys for oxygen as well.

If there are tutorials, what programs should I use to make animations?

You'd be using OFPAnim or Maya to make animations. Not sure about a tutorial though.
