New Anim pack for replacing Anim.pbo

sorry should have made that more clear... I was refering to Silent_Zeros call of duty like animations...

I think the only ones missing are reload while standing and walking backwards, forward strafe (W+A or B) etc, wouldnt be worth the effort but the first 2 would make the pack even better smile_o.gif .

Oh and the stance is realistic, if you bend your knees too much you will shake like a leaf and fall after you shoot, the pack is awsome biggrin_o.gif .

Im a 56ker and the server doesnt allow "Resuming" thats B.S. how am i going to get it done? any chance anyone has another mirror.. i hate to be a pain N the ass but to get these animations to work is a pain in the ass.

I just cannot dl this pack edgegaming refuses to let me have. Please, somebody help us. sad_o.gif

Now, does anyone else get a jump in the animation when going from crouch to run forward? (either normal run forward or sprint run forward) happens in both cases with me. rock.gif

Also when AI go from crouch to standing aware the weapon seems to flick up and down--dont mean to be picky tounge_o.gif these are indeed very good.

These are realy nice. biggrin_o.gif  I've swaped these two around that was posted earlier,  

walk safe: chuzebez0l.rtm      (that is" limited safe" ingame)

stand safe: bezstanisTaT.rtm

replacing them with "patrol" and "standready" respectivly.They work well upto a point,that point being a turn in their route at which time they shoulder their weapon briefly then resume the "patrol" anim.

Ive also swaped the "sprint aware" with the "stoop and run" anim and it works well, again, until a turn in the route at which point it returns to the standard "run aware" anim till it has made the turn then it returns to the "stoop and run" anim.

What im after is the filename for

run aware:?.rtm (that is "normal aware" ingame)

so i can try swaping it with the "stoop and run" anim. hope someone can help. cheers

i let it download from 10:30 pm woke up this mornin at 8:19am and it has stopped at 83% before it was 62%.. all i need is that damned 17% but now im going to have to start all over again. This Sucks! :-( mad_o.gifmad_o.gif

ya same here i left it on all night and my mom needed to use the phone now i have to wait 6 hours all over again sad_o.gif

we need a ofp.info mirror or something

do it oldschool,

just un/repbo the o.pbo yourself, it really isn´t that hard because your computer has to do all the shitty work tounge_o.gif

you have to put .rar at the end of the file instead of .txt

i feel stupid i dont know how to use cutpbo.. what do they mean use cutpbo.exe o.pbo rock.gif theres noting to type in the msdos program

got damnit im getting a headache with this... someone pm me please.

try without cutpbo .. just using pbo decryptor 1.5 worked perfectly for me.

Yes, I LOVE THIS PACK! It's the best one out there.

But, the patrol anim really needs to be changed as suggested earlier, soldiers should have the weapon slung in front of them, but TAKE NOTE: It can't be too close to the body or it will cut through the pouches of units like BAS, UKF and a lot others...

BTW doing it the "hard" way took a few minutes with PBO tool and PBO decryptor 1.5. icon4.gif O.pbo didn't cause any problems whatsoever.

it did for me.. i finally got cutpbo working.. i didnt know when they said "run it with cutpbo.exe o.pbo" they meant goto Windows Run and type that in... anyways its working now.. yeh patrol anims should be infront of the person.. but great anims overall!

Excellent work, Dreamy Knight. The anims are great.

I've not read the whole Thread completely....but after messing around with the demo mission, once in "Patrol" they cannot be killed! crazy_o.gif I've hammered them with machineguns, hand grenades, and direct fire from a T80! They just fly away and continue marching!

The Patrol anim makes for great screenshots and cutscenes though.

Oh, if none of you have tried this yet, put down a squad of infantry in the editor, and put the following in the waypoint at which you want the patrol anim to execute:

<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">someName="patrol"; "_x switchMove someName" forEach units group this

Then the whole squad will execute the anim upon reaching the waypont.

That's the case with all switchmoved anims, those soldiers are dead but the animation is being played on their corpses.

It's just an OFP "bug" but the anims are just meant for cutscenes anyway.

Jay....i´ve changed tho O.pbo to......i´ve followed the orders in the Readme.....so...dont know why it doesent work.I´ll give it up now. mad_o.gif

i think,that it´s stupid to bring out some god new Things without a correct Readme that explain People they do not know  so mutch about it how it works.

I´ll delete that exelent new Addon.
