At one point I practically yelled out "WTF?! Placebo 29 Posted June 29, 2004 WE7 & PES3 = PS2 and PC. WE8 & PES4 = PS2, PC & (I think) X-box. People sometimes ignore PES/WE because they think it doesn't look as "pretty" as other football games, they're missing out on the finest footballing experience short of going out there and kicking a ball. Hands up who can name another game that sometimes gets overlooked because of its supposedly inferior graphics? The answer is of course (like WE/PES) the finest game in its genre. Lumamorod 0 Posted June 30, 2004 Hi. Am i the only Portuguese around here? Well, i'm hoping on a victory tonight against Holland, obviously. But, whatever the result, it's been a great tournament. The results have (mostly) favoured the teams that take initiative and don't give up till the whistle blows. Portugal vs England was absolutely nerve wrecking, but beeing emotionally involved i'm naturally biased about that game. England was having one of the best performances i had ever seen from them in a tournament, so Portugal had to play at 150%... which they did. Congratulations to all that have got this far. Either way im all for Portugal or Czech, sending the Brits home has given me enough satisfaction and i hope next time their participation to be reconsidered due to lack of sportsmanship and bad behaviour, maybe it was just a minority but atleast 2000 of them werent allowed to participate in the event and there was still trouble, shame, shame, shame .
