DracoPaladore 0 Posted April 19, 2004 I've never seen any consistency in Canadian UN helmets, to tell you the truth. . . Â Â some are just blue, some have the crest, some have the letters 'UN' on them. . . Â there doesn't seem to be much of a standard at all. Â Though, put to it, the standard does seem to be 'your helmet will be blue' and little else. . . Have you considered making a script maybe to switch them randomly? Cpt. FrostBite 0 Posted April 19, 2004 I hope you'll coop with Mathijs from the Kmarns mod. His Diemaco's are top-quality and include every version you'll need. They are also scaled according to earls weapons.
Sigma-6 29 Posted April 19, 2004 The offer has been made (as well as one by Earl to use his CdnOps weapons from Ghost Recon), but AFAIK, we're going with the redoing the Cpack in-house option. Also. . . I've given the helmet another go over. . .
pang 0 Posted April 19, 2004 the detail looks amazing! especially the light- edge. keep this level up, boys
DracoPaladore 0 Posted April 19, 2004 Is there going to be the ability to take off the helmets like the version before the current Cpack? I thought it was quite interesting. How about goggles?
Powerslide 0 Posted April 19, 2004 Is there going to be the ability to take off the helmets like the version before the current Cpack? I thought it was quite interesting. How about goggles? Although this is a neat option we have opted not to do this again. The main reason is it causes clutter in the action menu. Too many times I went to pick up RPG when BMP was breathing down my neck, I end up standing there with my helmet off, no RPG and BMP blowing me to pieces! DracoPaladore 0 Posted April 19, 2004 I can see that as a valid reason

Cpt. FrostBite 0 Posted April 21, 2004 I'll wait and see, Sniper. It's good to hear you'll do your own. It's better than a collection of stuff made by others. Those troops are now looking really good and the new helmet is just a dream. It's just what they needed.
