If been looking for my OFP tank files but i cant find them... anyone know where the are in?

What do you meen by Tank files?

Are you about a pbo that contains the models of BIS tanks or something like it?

no i'm just looking for files ware tanks and cars are in.... but i cant find them are the .pbo? :S

You have a BMP2 pbo file in your addons folder. I'm not sure with what version of OFP it came.

But a BMP is not a tank, and the West and East tanks I don't have a clue where they are. I never boder searching for them.

Are you trying to modifie one or something?

data3d.pbo in ofp\res\dta and addons in your adons folders...

but you can't change/open those p3d's, they're in odol format.

Ah, retexturing, that's different.

Have you done any retextures before/

If no I sugest you to have a nose at the OFP Editing Center tutorials and tools, and their forums are very handy too.

Oh Silesian, don't be picky on him, not everyone asking to change textures has to be a cheater. Maybe we've got another texturing star, like Maarfy (or you) over here?

If a cheater wanna cheat he will cheat, don't mater what.

If a texture artist wanna start building addons lets hellp him.

Texturing is one of the eldest modification in OFP, and OFPEditing Center have anything you need.

If you have questions, they will answer you and chances are they will solve your editing problems by showing you the right path.

You can get alot of hellp from this forums aswell. But OFPEC have the tools, the tutorials, and the people.

I remember someone on our clan server playing CTI 1.15. He had hacked soooo many damned things. The tanks, all of them on west, were definitely hacked. We were playing East, and since we normally play DEVGRU vs. All, he said he needed to be on east.

Me, the admin, asked why. Of course in his long winded reply, he said that he had some retextures he wanted to test for visibility. Ohh yeah, I'm sure the US paints their M1A1s bright yellow.

And I asked what he meant about retextures, and he said, it's a recamo. And then what color, and he said: "Red Camo of course". AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDDDDD I kicked and banned him.
