This is kind of off-topic, sorry. they mean: "the following cities are twin towns of erlangen." it means that we decided to sign some contracts and that we're working a bit closer together (things like exchange of students and so on). that's a useful idea: i don't think that i would have been in russia otherwise. and russia was a really intresting experience (driving a BMP in RL ). Hit_Sqd_Maximus 0 Posted November 11, 2004 Oklahoma doesnt usually get any snow untill mid/late February. Even then it is only a few inches at the most. We do get freezing rain though. The clouds come in from the gulf over the cold air on the surface and we get lots and lots of rain that freezes shortly after it hits the ground.
