Anybody having problems with graphics or is it just my shit pc? (took me just under 24 hours to get the both v1.0 and the patch sad_o.gif )

What sort of graphical problems?

Have you tried with OFP 1.94b using -nomap parameter?

(Hehe... I'm suggesting this again and again biggrin_o.gif )

There screwed up? Not sure how to explain it but i'm putting i down to my shite computer. Santa's got a few things in his sack to help me out though biggrin_o.gif I got a WWII mission in the works to keep me entertained until then wink_o.gif

keg's hisky is not compatible with FDF?

Would be easier to copy HiSky Data.pbo and Data3d.pbo to finmod/dta/hwtl or finmod/dta wink_o.gif.

Tried it, but when I start up FDF mod and get to the startup screen:

And now I noticed that running the FDF.exe in my flashpoint folder makes my computer crash  mad_o.gif

I had that strange error too. Also at the end of the error notice there was (magig) thing like that...weird, but i downloaded the 1.1 from a different mirror and patched up again, and now it is working like a charm!

Great work FDF mod! The new Island is stunning.

I love the bordercrossing/ checkpoint. And map grid B4 is just awesome; Dont really know how to put this, but the layout in that section is perfect military landscape. Works great when dispersing armor around or creating a forward airstrip. Taking off with a mig using the afterburner between the trees like that is fantastic.

And all that with virtually no lag on my poor old PC.

So a big thank you to all! smile_o.gif

I think the addon for the breakdancing effect is Sea Demons BTR-70 (btr70.pbo) - I get the breakdancing straight away in the Coastal Assault scenario with this addon. Can anyone confirm this?

I think UnPBO-ing btr70.pbo and editing the config.cpp to comment out class EffectBBoy (right at the bottom of the file) then MakePBO'ing it back up should do the trick.

EDIT: Yeah, that seems to have sorted it. Dunno if there's a way of redefing the class in the scenario cpp to disable it - I'm still a learner!  smile_o.gif

Those experiencing problems with FDFMod using older maps which have BMP2 or V-80 (Kamov) in there, same fix which worked for 1.0 should work for 1.1 - just delete finmod/addons/S_O_FDF.pbo on dedicated servers. Nothing needs to be done on clients, deleting file only on dedicated server should fix this.
