XoF893 1 Posted December 17, 2024 Good day soldiers, I have a huge Problem with COMS Nobody can hear me... I have bought a new Headset yesterday because i thought my old one is broken but it turns out that the new one doesn't work either. I'll do already all kinds of trouble shooting like: Lower MIC Sensitivity (Settings says good) Test Mic on other Games and send some Messages through Mic to my friends (they can hear me clear and get messages) New Key Bindings - from L1 to ○ no matter how short or long ill be pressing the L1 Button no Coms either The Megaphon Symbol by pressing the Key shows up even the lock if i double tap, but no one can hear me. Neither group or Proxy.. I have no clue where the problem is. I was in several EU Servers.... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

bnuio 0 Posted Sunday at 10:11 AM I have the same issue. Bought yesterday and spent the entire day running around screaming “CAN. YOU. HEAR. ME?!?!” Of course, I’ve tried everything I found on reddit (creating hangout and switching to in-game, even changing dns because why not) and nothing. I have checked numerous times if the mic is actually working in the ps5 settings, and yes, works flawlessly. One thing that bothers me is that this thread is almost one month old and nothing. blight0r 0 Posted yesterday at 06:56 AM 1 - Make sure you are in game voice chat, not party voice chat 2 - Make sure the other PS5 (or XBOX) players you are talking to are in game voice chat, not party voice chat. 3 - Double tap L1, ensure voice lock appears on screen 4 - Talk If that doesn't work, try using the controller mic instead of whatever headset you are using to rule our some kind of weird hardware mic issue. Also ensure you have not played around with the mic levels in game options and disabled it somehow by resetting controls back to defaults. The reason why its not been responded to, is that everyone on PS5 seems to be able to communicate just fine, and the hardware is exactly the same for all of them. I'm not in a party, switched it to in game, looked in every voice setting in the game and the ps5 settings, used another headset, deleted all data and reinstalled, used another WiFi and router, still nobody can hear me. The proximity is locked, but nobody hears me and I'm not shown as speaking. Switching to party and my buddy can hear me perfectly. My buddy and me compared all the settings, everything is the same, his voice chat is working perfectly, my voice chat isn't. It's driving me crazy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
