Can't Connect to local hosted server via direct-ip throug editing startup parameters of instance.

Trying to force connect to localhosted server by creating bat file with next config:

ArmaReforgerSteam.exe -profile ArmaReforger -client=127.0.0.1 -port=2001

On the loading screen got Game Initialization Error with last logs:

If i connect to server through Steam launching game and connecting via server browser everything is fine.
What it could be?
