George_Smiley 17 Posted October 10 ( I posted this on steam and now I repost here...) ArmA 3 Advanced Flight Model : I just tried it out and it seemed to work. But not being a real heli pilot... you can see where that goes. So yeah just a basic appraisal by someone who knows their FM's... Would you rate it? I know I have taken a Loooooooooooong time to get here. I am super duper slow. But/so I did take the humming bird for a spin today on full fricking real and it seemed pretty easy, no major outbursts. No tears. It all seemed quite logical. I actually really like the torque reaction when yanking on the action stick... the "collective". It was nice to fly. With a few hours I reckon I will be good enough to do MP transport ferrying. Heck, I could probably do it now. BRACE BRACE BRACE !!!!! heh... Yes. I am way way behind the wave front. Like almost a decade. Maybe it is ? I love flying though. ( I detest mouse flying and third person stuff... yuck...) I really dig ArmA 2 OA in the little bird. and the MH-13. such fun. It's a delight to take a spin round Chernarus. Tooling around Chernogorsk is sublime. um, yeah. So. Is it any good ? Any real life pilots have any comments ? Do we care anymore?
