This game bug is causing problems

Hi ! 
For a while now, I have noticed a problem in the inventory, for example when we try to put in a detector it causes us to eat iodine. (often when we walk at the same time)
Or when we use a detector or put a plate, nothing happens, we have to repeat the action. 

 

I also prefer to highlight another problem related to the inventory, there is a glitch that allows us to shoot without having our weapon in our hands for other players and our shots are silent while the player uses weapons like the M4A1 / FG 42 which normally make a lot of noise. 

This glitch mainly appears in elimination!
