Haha, that's pretty good. biggrin_o.gif

These forums are so culturally "rich".

EDIT: As for Hillary, I don't know if one should lose respect for her because she decided to stay with the pathological liar. smile_o.gif I think it gets pretty complicated once you have children and that many years behind you..... Clinton though, he has no place showing his face publically. Not only was he cheating but he wouldn't admit it either when he got caught, what a damn lying bastard.

And Bush doesn't lie? It amazes me how people are so suprised that politicians lie. It was his own private life and I don't blame him for lying. I personally did not care to know what he was doing in his sexual life.

Sure she does. She was president from 1992-2000. tounge_o.gif

By 2008, she'll have about twice as much experience (as a US Senator, not first lady) as Bush had in 2000.

Why is everything a Bush vs. Clinton thing now?  Bush can't even run in 2008.

edit - and no, she wouldnt. bush has 2 terms as a governor under his belt, plus at least 1 as a president. by then hillary will have 2 terms as a senator, bush will (probably, judging by the way things are going) have another term as president by 2008 as well.

What can you say - people love reading dirt on others - and the more famous and powerful that person is (or was), the more they want it.

It's why tabloid media is so popular - people salivate over celebrity gossip like Pavlov's dogs... rock.gif

BTW, am I the only one who finds Hillary a bit tasty, in a strange way? tounge_o.gif

I wasn't talking about Bush... and I was not surprized. It's not his personal life I'm worried about, it's that he lied after being caught (to everyone that elected him).

Hillary for president? Why not?

She's smart and well educated.

She didn't break up the family in times of hardship - must be an all american value to cherish.

She's a woman - oops - maybe not!

Quote[/b] ]that's the flaw. a conservative family value would be something like, man works and earns money to support family, woman take care of home - like current Bush. so if Hillary is conservative, then she shouldn't run for president. so she has to be more liberal. currently, populationwise, there are more women then men. so in about 20 years, women might have more votes numberwise. Hillary could captre the moderate and conservative male swing vote. coupled with Bill's image, she has a good chance to get nomination from Democratic party.

The fact remains that more American men VOTE than women, I doesn't matter that women outnumber men by a fraction that is smaller than the margin of error in census taking. Due to the complexity of the voter registration process in the U.S. only about 40-50% of the eligable population votes in presidential elections, and even fewer in lesser races. Male voters usually outnumber females 3:2.

It mus have taken a lot of hard liqour, labor, epoxys, and prayer to get Hillary to look that young.

attacking our constitution (which our military is sworn to defend above even the President)

That is something i didn't know.

I thought that was the job of the militias, i thought the commander in chief of the armed forces was the president, therefore he tells them to do stuff.

Well i would quite like to see a woman as president, we tried it here, unfortunately we elected a raving right wing lunatic who wanted to use Nuclear weapons in a small scale conflict.

U.S. Military Oath of Enlistment:

I __ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. No, see you have to put everything Jinef says into perspective. To him, anyone who doesn't send in their Communist Party dues on time is a raving right wing lunatic.

I would sooner burn in Hell. Powell used to be one of my favorite politicians. Now, he's nothing more than a tool.

He's a soldier, so he'll always follow the CinC's lead. you should hear about some of his quotes in private, though. Time (I think) quoted him as saying of one CIA report on Iraq's WMD: "I'm not reading this- this is bullshit."
