JJonth Cheeky Monkey 1 Posted April 15, 2003 OK i'm making a PSG 1 to go with my G3s and I want YOU to choose what size magazine to put in it. The 5 round looks better, but 50 rounds in total isn't alot. The 20 round would make it similar to the M21. So what do you want?
N.o.R.S.u 0 Posted April 15, 2003 5 rounds per mag, with 20 rounds it would be too easy to snipe, plenty of bullets so it doesn't matter if you don't hit very well.
ZLOY 0 Posted April 15, 2003 I think a 20rd mag is better......
N.o.R.S.u 0 Posted April 15, 2003 Hmm how about both magazines . HK pack had a really nice feature when you loaded C-mag to one of the weapons (it was G36K I think), the model changed so that the C-mag was added and the normal mag removed. Maybe you should try this.
JJonth Cheeky Monkey 1 Posted April 15, 2003 I did this once for an M16, 20 round mags and 30 round mags. Th eonly prob is that when you empty the non default mag, lets say the 20 rounder it will change back to a 5 rounder untill you reload, also the non default mag weapon model doesn't cast a shadow. (I mean the whole weapon) . So I would rather keep it to just one. Ive made the model with a 5 rounder as it looks more like a PSG and not a G3 SG1 that way. N.o.R.S.u 0 Posted April 15, 2003 True there are some bug like you said, but it's still a nice feature and very ingenious way to solve the magazine problem. So please consider it.
JJonth Cheeky Monkey 1 Posted April 15, 2003 I think I'll stick with the 5 rounder. Anyway I am more bothered about finding a good scope now.
