why not configure it as normal bomb and not as the LGB?? and maybe make a delay before next can be used so it wont fire multiple bombs??

Question about the placement of the Addon files from the readme file. It says to put them into the Res Addons folder. Shouldn't they go into the Opflash Addons folder instead to avoid any problems?

Hmm, I never put resistance addons in the regular folder. Come to think of it the only thing in mine are official CWC addons. I put all my addons into res/addons. If you have problems I guess throw it in the regular addon folder. I havnt tried this yet.

I just wanted to know why the textures on the engine intakes look like eyeballs. Look at the engine intakes and you will know what I mean.

This should be only done when an addon has an unproper requiredAddons-Definition in CfgPatches. I don't know this for this addon. It is working without problems for me.

There is no harm done in putting the addon into OFP\Addons or into a mods Addons folder.

About the engine intakes - spooky! wow.gif

I find flying this addon to be very unstable handling is very unstable. The plane easy gets out of control for me using a mouse. This is in contrast, say, to the Comanche, whose movement is so smooth I can land it on a pin.

Well its a nice addon and i love the Sonicboom sound and all those extra options and the CBU is very cool.

@ Theavonlady:

You know this is a high speed plane that cant hang still like all those chopppers and the RAH-66 from DKM but i learned if a plane is fast then its steering is much faster so a light push on the steer throtle can make you go spin as the same for the up and down wink.gif correct me if i am wrong biggrin.gif

Well it's probably because you're using the mouse. I'm using a Saitek X45 HOTAS control and in my opinion RAD_F/A-18C is the best handling OFP plane existing! There are some planes that DO get out of hand if you don't handle them with care. Kegetys' HAWK for example has a roll rate of more than 1000 degrees (~3 rolls) per sacond!!

What we really need in planes for ofp is the zoom view (iron sight) like DKM mod puts on their plane and chopper. Would it be hard to add that to your plane? How did you get that view in the reamme file (Animated Heads Up Dispaly.)

Great addon. Why BIS A10 or SU25 doesn't look like tis F18 wink.gif .

Can you add animated jet stream?

I guess Hudson is going to add any new features you come up with to his Su-35 first. After it's released he'll probably make a v1.1 of the hornet with those new features.

am i the only one that noticed the ARAAM or whatever the Air 2 Air plane missles are a bit weak. i fired 3 at another f-18, just messing around it took 3 missles to shoot that thing down. confused.gif What the heck?? Can these be made a bit more damaging like immediatly? Otherwise i love this addon, way better than your beta. And its the best fighter plane out right now.

And a question about the folding wings, their like this on the carriers when not in operation right to conserve space? so When u select an Empty FA-18 in the editor shouldnt the wings start out folded?
