Game will not launch. Mod Error!

I have a mod downloaded that's causing a critical error when the game launches. In fact, the game will not launch as long as the mod is pre-loaded. How do I start the game without mods from the properties, right-click and choose manage then launch options command line from Reforger in the Steam library?

Just for reference, the solution is to launch the game with -profile parameter.  This fixed the issue and the game launches perfectly.
