Issue with roads being too bumpy.

Now I know what this sounds like, but I have tried a lot of options to make the roads vehicle worthy and to no avail. I will be driving along my created path eventually my vehicle will act like it has hit a stump or some invisible object and fling itself. I have some roads that work perfectly fine in a specific town area but the rest of the map is dirt roads.  I have tried seeing if checking the Adjust Height Map button would fix but it doesn't seem to affect the problem at all. Some vehicles, mainly logi trucks are not able to gain any speed at all due to a complete lack of grip it seems. Not sure what's going on but I really must have messed something up pretty bad to get all of my roads (Save for 3) to be like this.

Go to your generic terrain entity and change "layer preset" to terrain
