PC crashes when killing with Rockets

When I join a KOTH game and kill someone with Rockets on a Jet or Heli my whole PC crashes. I already checked files on Steam, seems fine. And also updated the graphic card soo I dont know why this happens.

What are your pc specs, and when your playing on Koth is their any mods being used?

Is the Koth WW2 or modern combat?

 

Does the issue happen everytime, or only once in a while?

You said you updated the graphics card so as in new drivers, or new card?

Well I have got a gtx 1080, 32gb ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz   3.60 GHz, Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming Motherboard

I am playing modern combat soo no mods.

It happens everytime.

Welcome, maybe revert the drivers and see if that changes anything.

Your rpt could reveal something too, you can find it here:

C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Arma 3

rpt will say rpt at the end, open it with notepad, copy the whole thing provided you had your logs on

when the game crashed.

 

Then paste it here https://justpaste.it/

publish it with the link in your reply, rpt could show some errors that

can give further depth into whats going on.

 

But try the drivers first then go from there.

I updated the drivers because I thought this would solve the problem.

I looked at the rpt i cant see anything that would cause his pc to crash, no errors i can recognize, my guess is its either the gpu drivers

which he could revert and retest, or its something else. If i recall correctly the computer itself has a place for

logs like an rpt, if i knew where?

    But what are you guys thinking or have ideas of why his computer would crash based on his title and description?

Same. This kind of rpt is limited but there is nothing wrong. I guess the sudden whole crash skipped this rpt.

I saw similar crash by the past (Arma II). See also this topic.

That looks like a corrupt file, and the first thing to do is to check integrity of files (Steam library/ right click on Arma3 / properties / local files...)

Hmm interesting,

ya he can try that too, make a backup of your documents folder for Arma 3 which would be

here ---> C:\Users\your username\Documents\Arma 3

delete it and try again.
