These look great Matthias.  I plan to try them as soon as I have time.  What's the average time required to complete these missions?

I aimed at 30 minutes in multiplayer and most of them can be completed in that time if everything goes according to plan. We've had mp- sessions stretching up to an hour during playtesting with some of them though. Usually when unexpected things happens (a helicopter is forced to land due to damage, a truck takes a wrong turn in the jungle, etc).

The design philosophy behind the missions are  as follows:
1) The mission maker must establish a scene where the player feels he is at home and knows his way around (that's the first mission titled SW01: Operation Sandbox).
2) The missions aren't supposed to be so difficult that you have to restart them over and over to complete them.
3) They must be randomized to be replayable and there must be a possibility of stuff happening all over the map.
4) Missions are supposed to be fun to play even when objectives fail, and returning home with an intact squad is an important part of every mission (you fail if you lose too many men, but must still return to base).
5) Participating teams shall have both unique and shared objectives at the same time, to promote combined arms strategies.

Apart from that all missions are story driven, voice acted and layouted in away that will (hopefully) be pleasing to the eye. The story is fictional.

Yes. Forged in the depths of OFPEC a long time ago and I intend to stick with it. I just found my old user profile from back then. It seems as if it's still active. Funny, since I haven't been active in the community for many years. /Mathias

👆That's also me, if someone wonders. I thought I'd lost control of the old profile with the username nominesine.

OFPEC, my old home.  Were you " mathias_eichinger " on OFPEC by chance?

No, I was nomesine back then as well. I headed the intel-depot and managed the forums on Ofpec for several years, and reviewed a lot of the missions we hosted there back then (together with Planck, Mikero, McGuba, Thobson and a lot of other veterans who are probably not around any more). That's where the name nominesine comes from. My real name is Mathias Ståhle, and when I made a new account here nominesine was already taken by my old profile.
