Where are my crowns ??? PS4

Last friday ( 03.06 ) I bought 6K crowns for 99.95 eur. Money was deducted from my card but never received any crowns. Did write to support@bohemia.net on monday but still no answer and no crowns.

 

Is there anybody who can resolve it ????? And when ????

Tried today with 200 crowns. Worked perfect. 

So where is my 6K crowns ?

 

Is there any support for Vigor or not ???

How is it possible that nobody answers ???
