Mods and DLC loading into game despite being disabled

Hello.

For a few days I've had an issue where the Prairie Fire DLC (only optional DLC i have) would always load even when disabled. Then I realised this issue also occurs with my mods. Even when I disabled all mods, they still load into the game. I'm basically stuck playing with the Prairie Fire DLC and 20 mods.

I fixed the issue with the DLC by disabling it in steam, but still having issues with the mods. I've discovered that the mods that load are from a preset I've made for the Prairie Fire DLC, but even after deleting the preset they still load.

I've tried verifying the game files, didn't fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂 Hoping I won't have to resort to reinstalling the game because with Australian internet that will take a while.

Not sure exactly what you mean, showing all my mods? Here's it when I have no mods enabled. Launches with said mods enabled regardless.

Well, that's pretty weird. Unless you have those mods set to load via launch parameters (parameters tab/all parameters/basic) then I'm not sure how it's possible. 

 

What does your .rpt file show?

What are you using to determine that mods are loaded besides the launcher?

 

   As for an rpt go here ----> C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Arma 3

open the latest rpt with notepad, copy it all then paste it here
