Error "You cannot play/edit this mission..." halfway through second CONTACT DLC campaign mission

When playing Contact campaign for the first time, during the second mission my game crashed and I got this error. I have changed/modded anything so not sure why this would be popping up.

You played the mission/game with some mod. Then reload the game with the mod not loaded. That's the only explanation I can give based on the screenshot you've given. Because all those list in the screenshot are all mods

"Hsim" is Take on Helicopters. Not sure why it would be interfering with Arma.
