Making a tripwire flare to trigger an artillery attack

Well, just what the title says, I want to know if there's any way to make so when a player (BLUEFOR) triggers a tripwire flare, the AI (OPFOR) in the mortars attack the zone where the player is, with a delay hopefully. Also, if possible, make this flare defusable or destructible.

 

These flare traps I want to use are from the RHSAFRF mod.
