8700k only one core used -> very low framerate

I've only recently purchased Arma 3, but soon realized the performance is very poor.

 

I've discovered that only one core is beeing used and it's maxed out at 100% Utilization. GPU usage is then very low and the framerate is terrible.

 

Since the game is from 2013 it's suprising to see this. I've checked all the tutorials and forums, but found no answer. 

I've already checked the launch parameters to specify multiple cores and use of Hyper-theading ... no diference : /

 

Any suggestions? Thx
