Reworked T-64 A style tank

Well, started to rework the T-64 A style tank a while ago...

 

I used some info on modelcollect T-64 A and AV to reshape the turret and add some details...

Changes & Fixes:
- Fixed NSV support in first LOD
- Added NSV on commander copula
- Added PZU 5 and TPD 2 49 style gunner and commander rectile
- Added T-64 AV model
- Added T-64 A and AV desert camo
- Added T-64 rust camo (no impact on armor values)
- Minor fixes on model and textures
- Armor values based on CWR 2 values for T-64 B and BV versions

Features:
- T-64 shaped model and weapon config
- Maingun recoil
- Shake on tank stop
- BIS T-80 interrior
- Enabled shaders

Issues:
- Model is not 100% exact and rebased on modelcollect UA72012 and UA72059
