Holster Weapon Upon Mission Launch

Hello,

 

I am working with the DoD version of Arma - VBS4. I have a question with regard to creating a custom weapon loadout for a unit, yet not having the unit draw their weapon until the user initiates this process.

 

Currently, the unit immediately draws their weapon when the scenario is started. The unit is currently setup with the following Combat/Behavior/Stance: Never Fire / Safe / Standing. Can anyone provide insight into how I may be able to have the unit's weapon (Glock 17) holstered, then the user has the ability to decide when and where to draw their weapon?
