Wolf lighter on dverg

Did they bug out the spawn of this lighter because me and my friend and a combined total of 200 encounters looking for this lighter and it never spawns

No, it's not bugged . . . just seems to have a really low spawn rate. Check out the three camp sites along the eastern side of the map . . . the one by the exit (no name), the Three Friends Encampment, and Jacobson's Rest (which is where I found mine two days ago). There's also another little camp south of the Filthy Crossing (not sure if that's the exact name) that may or may not be a spawn point. Camp sites seem to be the key though. Best of luck!
