Arma 3 and Schannel error 0x80092013

Every time when I start A3 I see in Event Viewer a Schannel error with Even ID 36876. In General tab get this message 

The certificate received from the remote server has not validated correctly. The error code is 0x80092013. The TLS connection request has failed. The attached data contains the server certificate.


and in Details tab I see that bohemia.net is mentioned and also lencr.org and letsencrypt.org.
Can I some how manualy install that certificate?

I have exactly the same problem. Every time I start ArmA3 I have a lot of such messages in the Win 10 system event log.
