Bug report ( Sound VON and Zoom on collimator )

Good afternoon, I don't speak English very well. And I write from a translator. I want you to know that I have two bugs in the game. (Such bugs were noticed by all my friends and acquaintances) 1. the voice chat volume is not adjusted at all ( Yes, I know it is adjusted using the "background", but it doesn't work at all). 2. when you visually zoom in (and you don't need to hold down the zoom button) and then click on the "optics" button and you have a collimator sight on the weapon, the visual zoom returns, and it's very annoying because you have to repeatedly click on the "zoom in visually"button.
I checked the cache in steam games and found nothing.

 

Using Windows 10 pro last version.  16 gb ram , geforce 750ti 2gb i5-8400 (mother board Asus)
