Information about Task Force 151

Hello, here at Task Force 151. We are an ArmA III Military Simulation Unit that try our best to fully immerse the members of the unit in any and all ways possible with the most possible realism you can get out of a video game . With that being said we do use real life tactics, structure, and much more. We also work as a team here which means no matter how new or old you are to ArmA you are welcomed in Task Force 151. Teamwork, Effort, Excellence.

The application process is conducted in our discord where you will be asked questions for us to get to know you and tell you information about the unit.

Once you get accepted into the interview you are enlisted as a PVT and are required to take our OSUT (One Station Unit Training). In this training course you are taught the fundamentals of the unit, its mods and how you are expected to operate. If you pass through basic training you are assigned an MOS. These currently include Rifleman CLS (Combat life saver), Grenadier (Demolition/AT), Auto-Rifleman (Machine Gunner), Anti-Tank, Anti-Air, and Dedicated Zeus.  We also have a Combat Support Group category in the unit that includes Close Air Support, Artillery,  Air/Ground Transport, UAVs, APCs, as well as other things.

What We Do

We are based in EST time zone, we conduct in-game military operations as well as field training exercises. We use standard and we caved MilSim methods to create a realistic, immersive and fun gaming experience through realistic missions and unit training. We like to train up unit members to eventually become leaders as the unit grows over time.

Each Friday (6:00 pm EST), Saturday (5:00 pm EST), and Sunday (5:00 pm EST) we conduct an operation (part of a dynamic campaign) that is made to bring the best out of the unit and put our squad leaders, radio telephone operators, or every-day riflemen to the test as well as have a immersive, realistic, and enjoyable time. Although we occasionally do different types of campaigns in different time periods, most of all of our operations are in modern day. We use U.S. Army structure to develop ourselves as learners and teachers. Every training and operation is an opportunity to grow our knowledge, gain experience, and grow closer to our friends as well as learn more about our strengths and weaknesses to help us improve as a whole.

How to Join

We hope to see you join us for future operations. The first step is joining the discord and contacting one of our Recruiters to let them know that you are interested. Let us know how we can help and get to know you. Here are some ways you can communicate with us.

Here are our recruiting requirements:

Must be age 16 or older (with some exceptions) to enlist and speak fluent English.

Must own a legal copy of ArmA III with the ability to download mods.

Cannot be a part of any other MilSim communities or other gaming communities that would affect regular attendance to missions.

Must use a realistic in-game name.
