Not able to start Arma 2 OA via Steam

Hi Guys,

 

I tried to play Arma2OA after a long Time.
I downloaded it via Steam, now if i start the Game "Arma2oA_BE.exe" i'll get the error "  Failed to install BattlEye Service (4, 41d). " ...Even if i run it as an administrator.

I've already searched for a solution, but all this fixes are from 2012 or earlier.

I hope somebody can help me. Thanks
