Extraction with heli and trigger

I´m trying to make a helicopter go when all players are inside the vehicle using a trigger to see people not in helicopter.

Inside trigger condition:

waitUntil {sleep 1; if(count inArea==count in Mission1_Heli)};

this is set to activate a move waypoint.

But its not working, if someone has a fix or a better idea it would be appreciated!
