vehicle chat - how to set who is transmitting

Oddly this command accepts a vehicle and not unit. But how the hell do I define who the message sends?

 

Don't make yourself the effort to deliver workarounds - If vehiclechat is that messed up I'm gonna create a custom channel or use a different one 🙂

I've been trying to do that myself, the way I've seen bis do it is by using the arma conversation files and the BIS_fnc_kbTell function to make it work.
