How to unlock schedule events and post announcements?

This feature has not been avaliable since the launch of Arma Units Alpha.

 

There has been information, I don't know if it's confirmed or not, that they'll be made avaliable at some point. Just keep checking the SITREP's on the website, the steam news or the arma launcher.
