Is there any copyright issue if I put Arma 3 theme music in my mission?

I want to play music called Action Dark through a trigger with PlayMusic in my MPmission.

and all clients will listen to this theme music.

Is there any copyright problem?

Also, is there any problem when applying the DLC theme?

You can use the official soundtrack in your A3 missions. If you want to be 125% sure, give proper credit to BIS in mission briefing for example.

You don't need to use playMusic, you can play any official (or custom) music or sound fx track directly through a trigger's effect menu.
