Well, there are wild boars from A2, ported by Cervantes and EO. However, as admitted by authors themselves, it's far from perfect. Fortunately the source files are available, and sometime this year I'm planning to take a look at it. But not now - my OFP projects take priority, A3 modding is for fun.

I know almost nothing about DayZ, but from my understanding it's haram. If bear is part of DayZ Standalone, it's a no-go. If it's part of DayZ Mod for A2 - then licence allows to use it in Arma 2 only.

Edit: I was wrong, it's possible to use DayZ Mod content in Arma, but apparently Mod doesn't contain any new wildlife (only A2 vanilla cows and sheep). @froggyluv

Mod was updated to version 0.50! Several new items were added, among them clothing in hunting camo designed by no other than EO - big thanks!

Changelog:

Spoiler

* Changed:
- Hunting Clothes (Olive) renamed to Hunting Shirt (Green-Olive),
- Hunting Clothes (Coyote) renamed to Hunting Shirt (Green-Coyote),
- fixes for several textures,
- changed some icons,
*Added:
- Hunting Shirt (Green-Camo),
- Hunting Shirt (Red-Olive),
- Hunting Shirt (Red-Coyote),
- Hunting Shirt (Red-Camo),
- Hunting Shirt (Blue-Olive),
- Hunting Shirt (Blue-Coyote),
- Hunting Shirt (Blue-Camo),
- Forest Ranger Polo,
- Hunting Vest (Camo),
- Cap (Camo),
- Hat (Olive),
- Hat (Livonian),
- Safari Hat (Brown).

That's it for the moment. Next step is introducing wild boars, as ported by Cervantes and EO. Hopefully, I'll be able to fix some of the bugs present in current implementation (most importantly reversed anims, and weird behaviour in Eden). If that will be accomplished, then it will be time for some proper animal mechanics including fleeing, and herd behaviour. After that, maybe things like tracks, trophy value simulation and (for survival missions) obtaining meat or skin.

You can't use Dayz SA content in Arma, it works the other way around tho. Arma content can be imported (if specific item/content license allows it) to Dayz SA.
Bears are Dayz SA (not DayZ mod) assets, therefore can't be ported into Arma 3. So we all stuck with vanilla sheeps, goats, rabbits & cows and boars from A2, for now.
