List of Partners with access to Update Preview Builds

With each Update, we will give our partners an opportunity to try new versions of Vigor in advance, with our permission to stream, record and share the preview build.

 

This will usually give you a good amount of early info on what are we working on for our next update as well as to spot early blemishes or provide early feedback so we can react to it much faster.

Hi Pyrit,

As you probably know by now, I have too much time on my hands.

I took it upon myself to casually work my way through the list of links you provided, to see what, if any content your designated partners had uploaded recently.

It was not an enlightening exercise. Some of your partners links lead to dead ends (they no longer post any content), some haven't posted content for months, one even openly said he doubted he would review the current update! To be fair a reasonable proportion have uploaded content regarding the recent update and have uploaded content on a regular basis.

For myself, I wondered if the partners were ever reviewed to ensure that they maintained current Vigor content. I can only assume not. I understand that it would be a time and resource consuming exercise to regularly review the partners, but isn't it important that your designated and publicised partners actually do at least one of the following:-

1. Actually play the game. However infrequently.

2. Regularly upload Vigor content.

3. Maintain their website/page etc

4. Review all updates, hot fixes etc and offer genuine opinions.

Not looking to point the finger or dump on anyone, but as these partners are so valuable in getting the message out into the wild, why on Earth would it not be considered an acceptable use of resource to ensure that there was an active network of partners, who at least understood that as a partner, they needed to satisfy certain criteria related to generating content to publicise and promote the game. I assume rightly or wrongly that the partners have to sign up, in some way, to something along those lines?

If not why not? If so why is that criteria not reviewed on a regular basis to keep the list up to date?

I agree with you. Haven't seen any Content that had the new XP-System in it for example.

In my opinion, the community is just at the beginning. Vigor just released has F2P and people are starting to discover the game.

Also, the Partners community isn't that much big. Reviewing every partner and kick the ones who doesn't EXACTLY match the criterias would be tantamount to cutting the grass underfoot...
