stanhope 409 Posted January 25, 2020 Quote -malloc=system -cpuCount=6 -exThreads=7 -malloc=tbb4malloc_bi_x64 -hugePages -maxmem=16317 -maxvram=5889 -loadMissionToMemory Take all of those settings out. 1 hour ago, ivall said: problem on all wasteland servers (2-3 months ago all be good), on other servers all be good Expend on this, do I understand it correctly that you don't have this problem unless you play on a wasteland server? stanhope 409 Posted January 26, 2020 If it only ever happens on exile and you have verified your game files and reinstalled all of your mods I'm out of ideas. Only thing that comes to mind is: do you use a USB headset? If no, send your crash files to bohemia, they might know: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Crash_Files#Sending_Crash_Files
Gunter Severloh 3948 Posted January 27, 2020 From the BI Wiki: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Unusual_process_exit#0xC0000005_-_ACCESS_VIOLATION Try the following: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=898170227 https://www.reddit.com/r/arma/comments/7y84un/solved_0xc0000005_status_access_violation/ Quote I found a solution for those who have this problem when running it with mods, but it works fine without mods. For me it was the !workshop folder that was set to hidden for some reason. Go to you Arma 3 folder located at C:\program files\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3 there you can find a folder called !workshop, right click that folder and navigate to properties. if hidden is ticked, then untick it. Should work now. Quote This worked for me: 1. Go to C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Local (AppData may be hidden, if so you can find it by entering %APPDATA% in the address bar) 2. Rename the "Arma 3" directory to something else (example, "Arma 3 - Copy" just to keep it as backup just in case) 3. Now open the launcher and try again. The "Arma 3" directory will be regenerated, FYI.
Dedmen 2588 Posted January 29, 2020 Is there a feedback tracker ticket for this crash yet? Are you using a USB headset?

Gunter Severloh 3948 Posted January 30, 2020 All i can suggest is try the links in my previous post, and also to google the error for arma3 and see what comes up, search. It can be a number of things, take a look at what you did before it started occurring, did you get an update to your OS, any new drivers for your GPU, or anything else. Did you install a mod, ect,. It just dont start happening, something started it, i've never dealt with the issue myself but what i suggest, research. Hope that helps.
