boundingBox has been extended with clippingType, which can probably get you the proper bounding box. And it should be easy to just update the old script to it.

Guys! Thanks a lot for the hard work! The long waiting paid off big time!

I have a problem though, if you can help it'll be great:

JDAM does not hit the targets (tried the 31, 38 JDAM). I mark a target, click on it so it will turn red as in the tutorial, but JDAM does not hit the target (not even close..just drops to the ground).

Any help? Tried with the A10 and F35

I'll give this a shot, haven't looked at arma scripting commands in a long time (used to follow every day the daily dev build changelog but that was a long time ago)
-EDIT 1-
This works, RHS vehicles now will fit inside using the new clipping type (clipVisual)
This change will be out whenever the next update lands

I'm going to need more specifics here, I haven't been able to replicate your issues, please note that you will have to be in range as the gbu31 and gbu38 isn't a very maneuverable bomb compared the the gbu53 or gbu39 so it will still need to be dropped roughly like a normal bomb but it will guide itself. Height and Distance also come into account, can't just drop the bomb from 7km out at 20m and expect it to glide all the way there.

I'll try the 53 and 39 and if they will hit so probably all good. Where can i find a guide about those JDAM types and how when and from where to drop them?

How's the UAV feed works? Tried to spawn some UAV in the air, but in the f35 i see the MFD changes but no feed, only black screen

I'm guessing this has already been pointed out but in-case it hasn't, the DAS Spherical coverage function doesn't seem to work on the F-35A. It can be enabled, and the text says as such, but then a prompt comes up saying "AIM-120 missiles depleted", followed by "DAS Spherical coverage off". I've tried repeating this with and without AIM-120's, even a full load, an empty load, in both the heavy and stealth versions. Regardless of all this I do seem to start with 360 degree IR coverage according to the sensor panel. Is it only meant to provide IR sensor coverage vis-a-vis normal Arma sensors or does it have fancy functions like the EOTS seems to have?

 

Unrelated, any consideration to (eventually) adding in the ALE-70 internal towed decoy to the F-35A? I'm not aware of any mods that have tackled towed decoys, although but I HAVE seen radar spoofing and the like done here and there. I figure if anyone could figure it out it'd be you guys.

I noticed that when using the F35 not only the gun disappeared when changing loadouts but also the master arm switch. This applies to both changing the loadout with service menu or when using eden editor pylon settings.

Were you unable to select the weapon entirely, or was the ammo set to 0?
