[SOLVED] Can't link steam account to Bohemia account

I click the button on the launcher to connect them but when I login to steam and my Bohemia account it just brings me to the account settings page. I've restarted Steam, restarted Arma 3, and restarted my browser nothing seems to help.

Edit: Went into accounts and scrolled down then linked it that way.

Hope you are well! 

Could you please advise on how to go to "accounts" so I can link my accounts? 

I've tried 5 different times, mainly logging in via Steam, however, I still get prompted that my Steam Account is offline when launching Arma 3.
