Missing Starter Pack Items

So I purchased the vigor starter pack and I’m missing the track jacket and I also received the wrong color Leather jacket. On the page for this product it clear shows and says you get the “brown leather jacket and black tracksuit” of which I got neither of. After reading reviews i’ve Seen others have had this issue, I really want an answer.
