[SP / MP 16] COOP - TAKISTAN RIDE - CUP

Hi all,
Welcome back to Takistan. This (old) mission is totally reworked for far better compatibility in SP or MP.
You need:
- CBA,
- all CUP (Steam workshop),
I do recommend the enhanced movement mod by badbenson.
Anyway, walls are collapsible by vehicles.


You can choose a lot of parameters (MP) such as:
- revive/heal for AI bros,
- time acceleration,
- weapon loots in houses,
- civilian life + kamikazes,
- and more...

Be sharp with your resources and have fun!

This mission can be hard in single player (SP) even if you can revive after a 2 minute unconsciousness.

Don't forget to kill AA barrier and use UAV at highest altitude.

Don't spread too much your units if you want they can heal each others... (SP or MP)

Manage your supports (secure them but use them!)

Repack your mags, double clicking on it in inventory.

 

Despite of that, if you feel it too difficult, play it in multiplayer SOLO. This way, your units can respawn and you can choose all parameters you want.

Ps : Have you ever thought of making a Ravage survival mission ( even without Zombie ! ) ?

Hi George. Not so far... but why not? I'll have a look at Ravage after a small work to complete on advanced modules.

I love this mission.

 

Can you add:

drop crate and/or vehicles?

enhanced turrets?

 in game task?

 

 

How easy would it be to transition this to CUP Zargabad?

This mission has already plenty of features.

 

- If you progress in freeing some areas, you will have 2 vehicles dropped, with auto-destruction after a 3 min slot. These vehicles don't have to fall into enemies' hands.

- You have a drop crate support (if you don't loose the helo by AA at top hills: see map, use UAV in very high altitude). that's logic.

   Crates are with CUP things but you can enable full Arsenal in MP (solo or not). Test MP solo for all params and

- You can win artillery and helo taxi as support (vanilla)

- I added a way to call for taxi (vehicle or helo, depending on factors) This is a kind of lab for my modules. Don't spill assets for that, trying to call when at the other side of the map.

- there are already in game tasks. Saving the 2 survivors of the helo crash is the most difficult. You have a 20 min slot to make the MEV come but you need to secure its path! (UAV in solo, team in MP). I regularly fail...

- For support, the helo CAS is fine but the plane one is not so good.

- you have also 2 hidden little but fun missions. Stay curious,

- the enhanced turrets is already included. If tanks don't fire at you (infantry)... we don't speak about the same mission! Just have a HALO jump on Zargabad and good luck!

- Ah, you can unlock the enemy tanks if you close them with a repair truck. The tool kit is not enough.

- you can replenish from car (civilian/empty) to your car by "siphoning" (just close the other car)

- By night, if you are stealth or aware, you can see your units with a blinking IR lamp on shoulder (so, you must have NVG)

- you can repack your mags, double clicking on one in inventory...

- heal / respawn bros...

 

I'm sure I'm forgetting some scripts (like weapons loot in houses and civilian kamikaze + civilian kill punishment (except for Kamikazes))...

 

CUP Zargabad?  Added in todo list.
