Arma 2 OA Family sharing issue

Hello, So I bought "Arma II OA" there is a while now but the problem is that I bought it on another account to share it on the next one and it asks me to buy it... :/ And nowhere it was marked that the game will not be shareable I thought it was because i also bought "Arma II"  and i share it on my account whitout any problem so is there a way to move it on this account or to make it shareable? ...

Arma 2 is family share enabled. Arma 2 OA isn't

True it's not advertised that it doesn't support family share, but it's also not advertised anywhere if a game does support it.
