I'm sure you know this, but being merely in posession of full-auto parts for the rifle will qualify you for felony prosecution for having an unregistered machinegun.

The BATF isn't going to give a flying *bleep* about the fact that the rifle isn't even complete yet as long as you have all the parts.<span id='postcolor'>

Actually, that is not true in the case of an AK variant.

AK fire control parts mean nothing unless you have a reciever that is drilled, and cut for the auto-sear, (which I dont)...they cannot be simply "installed"

Now...If I had M16 fire control parts, and I didnt already own a registered M16, but still owned AR15s that the parts could be simply "dropped into".....then.....FELONY

thank you for your concern though smile.gif

So your replacement receiver will not accept full-auto parts, is that correct?

correct,...it is not drilled for the auto-sear pivot, and the right side rail does not have the cut-out for the auto-sear.

It is an Ohio Ordnance semi-auto 5.45 reciever.

OK, my bad then. biggrin.gif

I thought you had a straight replacement for the original de-milled receiver.
